Melalui blog pribadi dan akun Instagram miliknya, ia memperkenalkan mie pelangi yang dijamin sangat sehat. Mie pelangi ini dibuat dari sohun yang direndam dalam air mendidih yang telah dimasukkan potongan kubis ungu selama beberapa menit.
Dengan cara tersebut sohun akan berubah warna serupa pelangi. Berdasarkan informasi resep dari blog theindigokitchen.com, untuk menghasilkan warna merah muda cukup menambahkan perasan lemon pada sohun.

I’ll never grow tired of making these rainbowls. The past few days have been quite the series of unfortunate events. I’m in a very vulnerable place, and never really share anything beyond my personal experience, so I won’t go into full details. During this period I’ve fallen of the wagon and resorted to numbing myself with my poison of choice, wine. But I’m not going to beat myself up for it! I’ve doubted if I’d should leave for a while but I’ve decided to keep sharing and creating. There’s something therapeutic about creating dishes like this, I’ll also try to work on the blog, trying to create specific days to post my content. I’m not making any promises as the days still are shaky and I don’t know where they’ll lead, but I’ll keep on surfing this wave called life🏄🏽 I want to say thank you for the continuing flow of love that’s been spreading through this community, it’s heart warming. : Regardless off my unicorn soul, I still am human. And I’ve decided to share my humanity instead of turning myself into a fixed personality showing only my best features and qualities online. I’ll never sugar coat anything and try to find a nice balance between over sharing and simply sharing for the sake of forging genuine connections. Happy 420 beautiful people. I’ve made a delicious colorful rainbowl for myself with some curry cauliflower and satay sauce! 🌿Now some of you might now I’ve got nothing with holidays (expect Halloween, who doesn’t like a huge dramatic dress up horror party 🤷🏾♂️), but if there’s one day to celebrate I’d go for today. I’ll take the opportunity to talk about an incredibly beneficial plant that has been demonized for way too long! We apparently live in a world where you can easily get some pills, cigarettes and alcohol without people even batting an eye but the moment marijuana’s brought up the same people will get their crucifix and garlic bulbs. And heck I get it, who wouldn’t if you’ve been told this plant is a monster your entire life. : Did you know it’s healthy for the soil and has numerous health benefits for our own bodies. Hemp can be used to replace plastic. From seed to a couple of months hemp is able to produce paper instead of chopping down trees that can take over 30 years to grow. Look I don’t judge and even though I haven’t had a sip of alcohol in the past two months I do enjoy a good glass of wine/whiskey or cocktail but these are the things people actually die from. Every minute people die from smoking and alcohol related disease, yet no one has ever died from smoking weed🤷🏾♂️. I’m not telling you to go and smoke weed, because besides smoking there are other ways to use it, but then again I have nothing against smoking it PURE without any tobacco. Anyways, our beliefs might differ but the facts stay the same, nature has offered to us one of its greatest gifts and we shouldn’t demonize it. The fantasea bowl. Filled with pan fried rainbow kelp noodles, stir fried greens and fresh greens such as watercress to nourish the body, mind and soul. I’ll post a recipe for a similar fantasea bowl asap. Healthy eating has never been so exciting, am I right!? Look for the unicorn noodles. : Tonight I’ll have to substitute another class at my yoga teachers studio, the nerves are back but I’m sure it’ll be a magical class. I can’t wait to integrate everything I’ve been taught during my study so far. This past weekend has been really transformative, hence my absence. I hope you like flowers because I’m feeling a bit extra 🤷🏾♂️ Heck it’s a spring thing! : This is not your regular rainbowl, this bowl is packed with umami. The noodles are gently placed on a very savory veggie/miso broth w/ some seaweed and I added some additional veggies and crisp and garlicky dry fried tofu. : I want to say a big thank you to @teenvogue @popsugar & @glamourmag for featuring my blog and the unicorn noodles on their websites! I’m stoked to see them take of and being recreated by so many of you. The world can use some extra magic🦄☁️ : Now what are your favorite flowers? Leftovers are the best, this rainbowl includes some of my oil free eggplant curry. The recipe is linked in my bio, it makes awesome leftovers!! Also about to leave the house to go and teach my first yoga class. Had a couple of anxiety/panic attacks through the day, but from experience I’ve learned that if I get myself through this, the next time the anxiety will be greatly reduced. It takes little steps and I’m so grateful for being able to share my practice, it’ll all turn out fine. Despite the anxiety my heart feels I’m going in the right directions.
